How about Don Grolnick's two track live recording of Vinnie with an Orchestra?? That was state of the art back when it was recorded, and needless to say, it difficult to nail anything on the 1st take..... unless..... of course...... you're the professor.

Hey Nite,
I used to have "Time Zone" on cassette but have sinced lost it. Do you have it on cassette or vinyl? Also, I have another Tiger Okoshi album called "Tiger's Baku". Vinnie shares drum duties on it with some other cats. Unfortunately, they don't have track listings so you have to kind of guess which ones are Vinnie. I have the Fowler Brothers Album "Breakfast with Dinosaurs" on tape as well. Vinnie is on that one. I haven't checked it out in a long time but as I recall there was one wacked tune with Vinnie on it. Also, Jeff Richman's "Himalaya" album. Vinnie and Steve Smith are on this one.

Wow, you've done your homework.
I have all those as well. There was also a rare one by a young keyboardist named Indra Lesmana that had Vinnie doing some great playing.
Oh yea, a couple more were an early Kiko Matsui and a Kenny Pore album that also had Bissonete. Both were real nice albums as well. Vinnie managed to also play on a few cheese ball albums that I unfortunately bought....

Hey Nite,
You remind me a lot of a buddy of mine. We used to go seek out any albums with Vinnie. I remember the Indra album. Yeah, we used to catch a few duds as well. The Kenny Pore CD was nice.

'Last Days of the Century' by Al Stewart (1988) has Vinnie on all tracks.
Great playing, even if you don't happen to like Al.
